35kg Galvanised Safety Bond
A luminaire safety bond is a secondary support used to prevent a light fitting from falling if its main fixing fails. Commonly used in theatres, events, and suspended lighting setups, it attaches the luminaire securely to a fixed structure as a backup safety measure. It’s essential for compliance and public safety, especially in overhead installations.
Once installed, the luminaire should be secured as tightly as possible, ensuring that any potential fall does not exceed 200mm.
